Daily fantasy NBA basketball Value Breakdown for DraftKings and FanDuel – 3.13.17

Written by: Phillip Beneteau – Staff Writer (@fantasyphilled)

In this segment I will highlight four bargain players that I’m looking to return over 6x value. They are great plays when trying to fit in high prices players and can be viewed with a 4-5x floor and possibly a 10x return depending on their performance because of their low salaries.

Patty Mills (PG) – DraftKings: $4,400, FanDuel: $4,000 – San Antonio Spurs

Patty Mills will be able to run the floor once again tonight as both Tony Parker and Dejounte Murray are out tonightagainst the Atlanta Hawks. The Hawks are one of the worst teams against point guards on tonight’s slate. Mills put up 33.5 DK points in his last game against the Golden State Warriors, I would expect similar production.

Ivica Zubac (C) – DraftKings: $3,900, FanDuel: $3,700 – Los Angeles Lakers

Ivica Zubac got the start last night and turned in a very respectable performance. He was absolutely lighting up the stat sheet early on and was well on his way to at least a double double. Zubac’s price did not increase too much because the Lakers played last night, and while it’s not the best rebounding matchup, he should still be able to match his last night score of 24.5 DK points.

Buddy Hield (SG) – DraftKings: $4,000, FanDuel: $4,200 – Sacramento Kings

He is starting to find his place in this offence since the trade earlier this season. Buddy Hield has a 26.75 DK points night and a 29.5 DK points night in his last two games as the Kings face the Orlando Magic tonight. He has played over 30 minutes in both of his previous games, and should be a great tournament play on an eight game slate.

Denzel Valentine (SG/SF) – DraftKings: $3,000, FanDuel: $3,600 – Chicago Bulls

Denzel Valentine has seen more consistent playing time since the Doug McDermott trade. He has played 23 minutes in each of his last three games. He has flashed 30+ talent this season already and managed 16 points in just 17 minutes last time the Bulls faced the Charlotte Hornets. As long as we see this trend continue, I’m expecting a 7x return tonight from a young player who is starting to get some more run on the court.
