|Washington Wizards @ Indiana Pacers
Spread: -2.0 Washington
Notes: The Washington Wizards are on a serious hot streak, winning 9 of their last 10. They have no Injuries reported at the moment. The Indiana Pacers have Thaddeus Young is listed as out, and Lavoy Allen is listed as questionable. The Pacers have lost their last 5 games. This will be both team’s last game before the All-star break.
Players Of interest:
Honestly, the entire Washington Wizards starting lineup are strong plays. They have been extremely consistent. My favorite play from the wiz kids is Marcin Gortat. He’s got a great matchup and a great sub $6k Pricetag.
For the Pacers:
Kevin Seraphin: If Lavoy Allen is ruled out, then Seraphin will be THE play. The only problem here, Allen has yet to be ruled out. In a small slate, you’ve gotta take risks and this is a minimal risk maximum reward situation, as Seraphin will see some court time regardless of the injury news.
Jeff Teague: Averaging over 1.04 Fpts per, Jeff Teague is in a great spot to really exploit a strong team. Teague has exploded a few times in recent games, and he yields a 26.3% usage. The last time out against the wizards, Teague put up a mere 32 fantasy points in 31 minutes. Pretty consistant if you ask me. Safe for cash and GPP.
CJ Miles and Rodney Stuckey are good GPP plays as well.
| Boston Celtics @ Chicago Bulls
Spread: -1.0 Chicago
Notes: The Celtics are dealing with some interesting injuries, as Avery Bradley and Jaylen Brown are out. Gerald Green is listed as Questionable. The Chicago Bulls, Paul Zipser is out, Dwyane Wade is Doubtful, and Nikola Mirotic is Probable. Just like the Wizards, the Celtics have won 9 of their last ten.
Players of Interest:
Marcus Smart: He went off for 50+ points last night. He’s a must have tonight. He’s going to have a ridiculous usage rate and not having an All-Star slot, will most likely leave it all on the floor.
Kelly Olynyk: He’s Cheap, He’s consistent, and he’ll provide major relief to fit in you higher salary guys.
Isaiah Thomas: He’s my highest predicted scorer of the night, Take IT4 over John Wall. just trust me on this.
For the Chicago Bulls, play Jimmy Butler, Michael Carter Williams, and Taj Gibson. Then consider Robin Lopez and Doug McDermott.
